Inventory management

Hey, seasonal small business here, I’ve been working from excel spreadsheets for the last 14 years and need to evolve. I carry anywhere from 300-500 unique items annually (depending on carryover). I want to be able to create packing lists that will deduct from inventory as well as adding reorders that will also deduct real time. Packing lists will have up to 10,000 items.

The way I am tracking now works until I get to the reorders, I still need to have real time quantities. I guarantee sales, taking back the inventory they don’t sell so I need an easy way to put inventory back in from the individual customers.

We want to be able to add photos and scan bar codes, eventually we want to have our customers scan and upload their inventory returns, right now it’s all done manually on paper and then I manually input back into the master spreadsheet.

I don’t want to pay a fortune but like I said I need to evolve from excel. I would like a web interface that also has an app.
